Our HUD certified counselors provide one-on-one counseling to help you completely understand reverse mortgages, how they work, their uses, and if this approach makes sense for you.
A Clarifi counselor will provide the necessary information to fully inform you about the benefits, uses, options, and costs associated with a reverse mortgage. Together, we create a budget to help you determine which product(s) within the mortgage would be most appropriate. Ultimately, you make the final decision.

- Determine a time frame available to accomplish your objectives

- Discuss alternatives to reverse mortgages
