Personal Financial Management after Bankruptcy is a three hour course that covers the basics of Budgeting & Money Management, Savings & Investments, Credit & Lending, Credit Reports, Insurance, and Avoiding Predatory Loans.
Clarifi is approved to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code*. Upon completion of this course, including post test, we will provide participants with a Certificate of Course Completion, which fulfills the mandatory education requirement for bankruptcy discharge.
Clients can complete the course in person or online. There is a fee of $50 per participant.
You may be eligible to have this fee waived if your income is less than 150% of the Poverty Income Guidelines.
Documented proof of income must be submitted. If you feel you may qualify for the fee waiver, please email Chris Bellis or Lorrie Graham, our bankruptcy representatives, who will contact you shortly.
