Basic Systems Repair Program (BSRP) by Phila. Housing Development Corp. (PHDC)
Provides free repairs to the electrical, plumbing, and heating systems of owner-occupied homes in Philadelphia. To be eligible for free repairs, you must own and live in the house with the problems. You must live in a single family home in Phildelphia, and own no other properties.
Applications are taken ONLY over the phone.
To apply call the BSRP Hotline at 215-448-2160, weekdays between 8:30AM and 4:30PM.
Hearning Impaired individuals, call TDD at 215-448-2184.
Please have the following information when calling:
- Amount of Total Monthly Income
- Source of Income
- Number of People in the Household
- Social Security Number
