Congreso's vision is to provide a bilingual and culturally sensitive comprehensive network of services to support and empower residents to create positive solutions to challenges they face daily.
Congreso offers a wide range of adult and youth services including: truancy intervention, out-of-school time youth development programs, workforce development, drug and alcohol counseling, housing counseling, health education, teen pregnancy prevention and intervention, maternal and child health programs, and HIV/AIDS services.
Congreso provides services in four main areas: Education, Employment, Family Support, and Health and Wellness.

Congreso's Children and Youth Services Services strengthen children, young adults and families through integrated services and opportunities for community and self-development.

Congreso's Workforce Development Services help families achieve stability through quality education, training and job retention services resulting in achievement of educational goals, career advancement, and earning a family-sustaining wage.
Family
Congreso's Neighborhood and Family Development Services provide a continuum of proactive and holistic human services that promote family stability, and include housing counseling, financial literacy and family support services.
Health and Wellness
Congreso's Health Promotion and Wellness Services help community residents become healthy and self-sufficient, improve their leadership skills, and give them a safe and supportive setting to express themselves freely.
