Through Senior Housing Assistance Repair Program, eligible senior residents of Philadelphia receive help in fixing up their homes. Repairs include replacing exterior doors and locks, rebuilding basement steps, making minor plumbing repairs and replacing electrical switches, outlets and fixtures. Priority service is given to low-income people with physical disabilities who are over 75 years old and living alone.
