Restore, Repair, Renew is a program from the City of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (PRA) in partnership with Clarifi, to help Philadelphia homeowners access low-interest loans to invest in their properties.

If you wish to apply for the Restore, Repair, Renew Program complete the following steps:

1. Call 215-866-5200 to complete an intake with Clarifi- Homeowner will provide general information to help establish program eligibility
2.  Return signed RRR Participant Agreement- Document contains information and releases to help participant understand the program and the agreements required to participate in the program. This document needs to be reviewed and signed by borrowers.
3. Return required documents listed on page 3 of RRR Participant Agreement- Homeowner will need to return documents listed on the page that are applicable.

Delco Home Stabilization is a new program for Delaware County homeowners with low to moderate incomes. Through the program, Delco residents can access housing equity resources to repair their homes and ensure long-term housing stability.

If you wish to apply for the Delco Home Stabilization program, complete the following steps:

1. Interested Delco homeowners will contact Clarifi via the interest form on the Delco Home Stabilization webpage or by calling 215-458-6103. A Clarifi staff member will then conduct a basic screening to determine eligibility.
2. Return the signed Delco Home Stabilization document packet. This contains information and releases to help participants understand the program and the agreements required to participate in the program.
3. Return required documents listed in the packet of the Delco document packet. Homeowner will need to return documents listed on the page that are applicable.
