There are 2 main features to the FSS Program: 


A financial incentive so that you can increase your earnings in the form of an escrow savings account that increases as your earnings increase.  The escrow account helps you build savings that you can use to improve your quality of life and advance your personal goals.  Escrow funds can also help you pay for key services, such as car repair or employment training, that you may need to make progress toward your goals.
